About Me

If there’s anything I’ve learned since becoming a mom it’s that there’s grace for us all. We all have victories and failures. Even though it doesnt look like it sometimes {thanks, Pinterest!} none of us are doing this perfectly, but we all do our best. I am so passionate about writing real words from my mama heart, and I hope it speaks to yours. Being a mother is the highest calling. I truly believe that. I would love for this to be a place of real-talk, laced with grace and fueled by coffee. Let’s talk about what it really looks like and feels like to do this Mom Life. Family, Jesus, failures and victories, there’s a beauty in all of the mess. Let’s find it.

I’m a stay-at-home mom to three kids, five and under, and we have one more on the way! My daily struggles include: tackling the huge pile of laundry that never goes away, having consistent quiet times with the Lord, and getting out of my pajamas. The things I can rock on a daily basis: praying truth over my kids, cooking up an amazing dinner, making my home cozy, and giving my kids lots of creative outlets and ways to learn.

Where did I get the name?  I was inspired by this Scripture: “Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.” Proverbs 16:24.  I pray these words are sweet and healing to you, Mama.

Grab a cup of something hot {and caffeinated!} and let’s talk.
